A.J. Custom was established by Aaron Crouch to have greater control over workmanship, focus on genuinely custom projects and build a sustainable family business around the trade he enjoys.

Aaron brings 17 years of hands-on experience across cabinetmaking and timber joinery. He remains directly involved from the initial consultation and quotation through to planning, manufacture and final supply or installation.

Marketing is supported within the family, while trusted subcontractors are engaged when a project requires additional trade support. Responsibility for the work and communication with the customer remains with A.J. Custom.
