When you contact A.J. Custom or submit a project enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, project address or suburb, project details, plans, photographs and other information you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use this information to review your enquiry, communicate with you, prepare quotations, plan work and maintain normal business records. We do not sell your personal information.
Website enquiry forms
Website enquiries and attachments are processed through Basin, a third-party form service. Information submitted through the form is transmitted to A.J. Custom so we can respond to your enquiry. Avoid sending original documents or information that is not relevant to the project.
Storage and disclosure
Information may be stored in the business systems used to manage enquiries, quotations and projects. It may be shared with trusted service providers or subcontractors only where reasonably required to assess, quote or deliver the requested work, or where disclosure is required by law.
